Hotel wins for the second year running - Best Customer Experience

Ullesthorpe Court Hotel has once again been announced as the winner of Best Customer Experience in The Best Western Large Hotel category. 
The award was sponsored by Vision Support Services at the prestigious 2017 Best Western Awards evening, supported by Taittinger. The awards were announced by BBC’s Nigel Barden at the group’s Annual Members Conference at the Celtic Manor Resort in Newport, on Tuesday 24th January.

Paul Burgess our Operations Director who collected the award on the night said: “Customer service is at the heart of our success. I would like to dedicate this award to all the staff who go “above and beyond” to give our guests the best experience possible”
