Merry Christmas from the Ullesthorpe Elves

Well it’s nearly time for us to break for Christmas and we’ve been rushed off our feet. With 2,500 Christmas lunches, 2,100 festive evening party revellers, over 400 Festive afternoon teas and six weddings it’s been a month to remember. Everyone’s worked so hard to make sure our guests went away with smiles and memories. This year will hold a special memory for lots of our Facebook followers and certainly our staff as we had two little extra helpers this year. I say “helpers” I did question having seen what they got up to!

These little elves, who’ve now become part of our family, were caught, robbing, flicking sprouts, drinking from the bar, having a massage, taking a sauna, partaking in Festive Leisure days, eating afternoon tea – the list goes on. One thing they did do was show us that Christmas is also about having fun and that we had.

Sadly Santa gave a shout out today and our elf friends had to depart, however, not without giving us one last #elfieselfie
