Ullesthorpe Court wins top award for Customer Service

Another trophy has been brought back to the hotels display cabinet following the Best Western Annual Members conference in Manchester.

Among this years winners the Best Western PLUS Ullesthorpe Court Hotel & Golf Club picked up the award for Best Customer Experience 2015 in the large hotel category, sponsored by The AA.

The large hotel category constitutes of seventy or more bedrooms and there are currently seventy one Best Western hotels that fall within this section.

Paul Burgess, Operations Director of the Best Western PLUS Ullesthorpe Court Hotel & Golf Club who received the award on behalf of the team commented saying: “Customer service is at the heart of our ethos and we always strive to give our guests the best possible experience, so we’re thrilled to receive this award from Best Western GB.”

The glass trophy can now be seen in pride of place within the hotel display cabinet.
