Happy to Help

Known to many at the hotel as 'Happy to Help!' - Linda Aubrey, our Reception Supervisor has become the third member of the team who has been nominated by one of our guests for a Best Western Jewel in the Crown Award.

Linda who was nominated by one of our guests for ...all her assistance which she gave before their arrival and throughout their stay at the hotel.

Customers who hold Rewards cards are randomly sent vouchers from Best Western Central Office where they can nominate staff at any of the hotels who go above and beyond.

 Well done Linda, your always a Jewel in our eyes!!! - from all your colleagues at the hotel.
